Porch swings are as southern as they come, and Ashley and Jamin made me fall in love with them all over again. It was a beautiful spring day when Ashley and Jamin went out for their engagement session.  When we met over coffee one evening they told me they would love the idea of shooting their session at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. I love shooting in the greenhouse and using the beautiful grounds.

Ashley made my day when she took her “casual” outfit to another level and decided to wear her new overalls. And boy is she the cutest in those overalls.

To end our session, we shot at the house Ashley lived in at one point to shoot on the porch swing (since they spent many a evening swinging and growing deeper in love.) Absolutely the cutest and most loving ways to finish a perfect engagement session.
